Microsoft Office 2016 and Older Software

1. Please do not release upgrades until compatibility issues with your products are established. With Windows Upgrade I have lost use of two apps which I used for more than ten years and finger print sensor for logon. This causes frustration as an end user, and results in wasting your staff time and my time including inability to have a billable time.
2. When your website states that I am eligible for free upgrade with owning/subscribing qualifying MS product, why I have to waste almost six hours. If I had not researched support web site, I would have incurred unnecessary costs in acquiring Visio.
3. Outright refusal and appreciating the issue on the part of MS Support staff simply indicates the lack of training, knowledge of Microsoft support bulletins or respect for a customer's time or his being a customer. Even supervisors have exhibited similar attitude. In other words, they just want us to go away if they can.
