Microsoft Office

I have a workstation that is stalling at the point of save. I have tested Word and Excel and both are giving the same result. It isn’t caused by the size of the file. I have logged on the workstation and received the same results.
Here is what I have tried so far:
Ran a repair on office
Uninstalled and reinstalled Office
Unistalled office ran a scan disc and defrag reinstalled office.
Any suggestions as to the next step?
