When I try to open any part of Office I get an error message stating: “This patch package could not be opened. Verifythat the Patch package exist and that you can access it or contact the vender to verify Windows patch package.” When I tried to uninstall, an error message said the program was corrupt and it won’t uninstall. I think the part that is corrupt is the junk mail portion of outlook. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
