Microsoft Office History

Hey!
Does anybody know what year Microsoft started to bundle Word, Excel and Outlook into Mircosoft Office and stopped selling the products seperately?

This will help with an audit I’m involved in at this time.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
DH
