Microsoft Outlook Multi-Users in one Terminal

In our office we have been frequently having problems with our Microsoft Outlook. The program always bogs down and need either reinstallation worst it deletes our emails.

Can this be traced to at least 3 users using the same PC and accessing their mails thru Outlook or Outlook Express?
