Hello All, I have Outlook 2013 and cannot seem to receive emails despite the fact that i see the Data File getting larger after each call to send/receive. I am NOT receiving any errors from Outlook … It appears to be working BUT again nothing shows up in the INBOX. The Particulars: IMAP, Data File Tab shows the main account as .ost (C:\Users\useraccount\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook) and the Outlook Data File as .pst (C:\Users\useraccount\Documents\Outlook Files\Outlook Data File)? Both are in different locations as indicated above. Any help is greatly appreciated as the user needs to use his phone to respond to emails.
