Microsoft Visio Errors

Why it happen that everytime I open Microsoft Visio 2002 application, a window “Windows Installer” appear and after that a message box appear with this message “An installation package for the product Microsoft Visio 2002 Standard cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package ‘visio.msi’? As far as I know, a window “Windows Installer” appear when it is your first time to open Microsoft Visio 2002 on your computer after installation.
