Microsoft Word Form merging into Access question

I have built a Microsoft Word Form (Protected) for clients to be able to complete and return to me (without changing the questions/set up of the form). However, I am trying to set up how I can merge this information into an access database so I can store this information for future use. I use form fields and I named them to match my access data base, however, I am not sure what the next step would be....any help?
