Microsofts ISA

Hi,
Right now I’m using proxy 2.0 for my internet access…..On a windows nt4.0 server.I would like to get Microsofts ISA…
I really don’t know anything about this product..Also is a step up from the proxy software? Can anybody tell me anythingabout ISA?
Would be greatly appreciated…
