Migrate Exch 2000 to new Exch 2000 svr

I have an old Dell sytem running w2k server and Exch 2000. I need to move the Exchange 2000 to a new IBM Netfinity system. What is the safest and fastest way to accomplish this? The old system is a DC in a forest. Is there a way to migrate the exchange sytem to the new server running wk2 server?
