Migrating OS to HDD then back to New SSD

I tried using the AOMEI Backupper to migrate my OS to my HDD and that worked fine. My laptop was now booting off of the HDD. So, I decided to replace my old 100GB SSD for a 500GB SSD, and then I was looking to migrate it back to the new SSD because I wanted windows to boot off of the new SSD. I then removed my HDD so my laptop would boot off of the new SSD, but it gave me an error of “0xc0000225”. So, I put my HDD and my OLD SSD back in and it works.
What are my options to transfer windows onto my newer SSD?
*Note: I do NOT have AOMEI Partition Assistant PRO edition, although I wish I did.

Transfer windows from HDD to SSD using the free program EaseUS Todo Beckup. There’s no limitation of hard drives or SSD’s that this program can work with. Go to easeus.com website and click on download “Todo Backup Free”. In popuped windows input any email and then download and install it.
