What is the typical requirements for entry level help desk positions? Currently I have my A+ certification and MCP in NT. I have one year hands on providing technical support for a small culinary academy (12 faculty/staff) working for a branch location of a state university under the college’s technology manager. I’ve managed my way into this as a secretary/support person and it evolved because of the certifications and knowledge I obtained before beginning my employment. Can any suggest a place to review resumes targeted at help desk positions? Any help will be appreciated!
