Missing delegate tab in Outlook 2002

By millcreekfarmers ·
I work in a small office, 4 PCs, and we are trying to get Outlook to communicate between the computers. When we go to Tools, Options, we are supposed to have a Delegate tab, but there isn't one on any of the computers.

we want to set it up so that all 4 PCs can view, edit items on the calender.

Please help!

Thank you!

You need to use exchange server for these options

See the following links;

So I would suggest the accounts must be setup as POP3, if they were configured as Exchange Server accounts the delegate tab would be there.

What is an Exchange Server e-mail account?
