MISSING FILE

I ran Norton Systemworks 2003 on my HP Pavilion 6636 computer and receive the following message … “Missing file: C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\MICROSOFT SHARED\REFERENCE TITLES\A\ERS 2000.EXE – cannot access a necessary file, “SHRL30.DLL”.

Please can anyone tell me what this file is, what is does, and how I can replace it? Thank You.
