Our company doesn't have a "real" IT/helpdesk person right now, so as webmaster the job of troubleshooting computer issues falls to me until we hire someone.

One of our division managers just came to me to ask why she can't find the folder she created in her folder list, "Margaret's Mail."
If she uses the menus to "move mail to...", the folder is listed there. If she selects it, the email she's moving disappears from the Inbox, so it's going somewhere.

But the folder is not in her folder list. How do we find it? She states that she has important emails there with info she needs to send out ASAP, so she's in a real bind.

Thanks for helping!

Lynda

When you use the menu to "move to folder", look at the list of folders in the list... scroll up to see what folder that "Margaret's Mail" is listed under. Chances are, it's in the Personal Folders.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
