Was this game Flash based?
It is interesting that a game would require the installation of SubInACL. Since SubInACL is a tool designed specifically for restoring administrative privileges to the system registry. AND it is not a tool designed for Windows 98.
Are there details surrounding the issue that you failed to share?

What do you mean by 're-down loading my Windows 98?' That phrase makes no sense. Do you mean you installed Windows 98 overtop of another Operating System like XP?
Please explain and provide more details.
The more detail you provide, the better chance you have that someone will be able to answer your question.

games that can sorted through. Some are freeware and some have to be paid for. They all reckon that they will work with win98.
