I’m looking to create a mobile 3D Scanner with just a smartphone, kinda a photogrammetry thing but simplified and low cost. I’m using it for visualization of real objects and looking for make a database or an API so I can visualize a 3D made of only photos taken by a smartphone. Actually don’t know what software or hardware would be suitable for low cost and easy usage. Any ideas or tips?

A 3D scan is the digital representation of the object or person you are 3D scanning. During the 3D scanning process, you are capturing the shape of an item (object, face or body of a person) using a 3D scanning application on your tablet or mobile phone, or even a proper 3D scanning device.
