    I’m looking to monitor a for sale mobile application. I want alerts when a new listing has been made. Currently, the apps notification process is delayed. I’d like to monitor the app and be notified “immediately” when a new listing is posted.

    Can anyone help me in accomplishing this? Please.

      This app would be specific to Ebay, or such a site. Since you left out details, the answer right now is no.

      You have to ask the owner of the site how to access the database with the listings. If he gives you a username and password and the necessary documentation, you can write your own monitoring program or script.
