Mobile Hotspot and Laptop

Hello,

My sister just got a new HP Pavillion laptop. She does not have internet at home, she always uses her mobile hotspot but laptop is saying it can’t setup mobile hotspot because PC doesn’t have ethernet, wifi or mobile data connection. Is there a fix for this?

Make sure the mobile hotspot is turned on,

and allowing connections. Then confirm the WiFi
adapter on the laptop is enabled (could be a F key, or
a button on side of laptop), then open the Network
Connections Wizard and follow the prompts to setup
a new connection.
