I am trying to develop a application using Visual Basic to convert mobile voice audio file into either GSM or simple PCM wav file. By installing Active Sync I can play using Media Player. But I want to write a program where I have to search a folderand convert the file from Mobile Voice to GSM or Wav. Please suggest ideas / product/ Active X control that can help me to build this Visual Basic Application.
