I have a Dell 4550, with a conexant modem, we just loaded windows xp pro, sp3 on. We have no conflicts in device manager, but whenever we go to connect to Internet through dialup, I get the above error. I have disconnected the modem, I have reinstalled the drivers, and still the same issue. Your help would be appreciated.
