MOM 2005

Dear sir, i’m about to evaluate the microsoft operation manager 2005 to monitor windows servers and unix servers include exchange servers and oracle servers too, I am using the NetIQ appmanager too but i’m confused, as i need to know the comparison between both products and what can MOM do while the appmanager cannot?
