Monitor / Duplicate Exchange User's mail

By jimmy ·
I am needing to setup some way to be able to monitor an exchange user's email messages, without them being aware of it. We suspect that we have some violations of company email policy, and want to be able to have every message that a user (or users) receive to be copied, or blindly forwarded to another specified account without the original user being aware that this is happening.

For Exchange2000, use the Archive option:
Go the Exchange console, browse to the specific storage group in question, and clik its properties (Like clik properties of First Storage Group).
Theres is an option saying 'Archive all messages passing through mailboxes on this store'; enable this and below that browse & select the mailbox in which u want to keep copies of all mails.
This will not leave a hint to users & your work is done as well.
All the best:)
