More Office 2003 Woes

When logged into my XP Pro workstation as myself, Outlook 2003 works fine. When logged in as my wife, I get the message “”unable to open your default email folders”, bla, bla, bla. The problem is that this message is in relation to an Exchange account. I am not using an exchange account, never have. Besides, when upgrading from Office 2000 to 2003, my own profile came across fine.

Some docs I have found make referral to a missing dll. That doesn’t make sense since I use the same dll’s as my wife (in the windows folder and subfolders).

Any ideas whats going on here? Ive done repairs, reinstalls ad nauseum to no avail.
