Move NT HD’s to a new machine

What is the easiest way to protect my setup of NT server in the following condition?

I have a P3 450 system with 51 MB PC100, moving to P4 2.4 system.

But I want to save that information and configurations completely. So I want to move my twohard drives in there entirety to the new machine.

How can I best accomplish this as I am fairly confident that just moving the drives will cause me problems?
