Moving Contacts in Outlook
I work in a municipality that has a lot of citizen boards where membership to these boards changes frequently. Depending on the board the length of term on the board varies from 1 year to 3 years. Theperson occupies a seat on the board. So I built a form for each board that would contain 3 additional fields. Those fields were Board (to indicate the board that they were a member of), Seat (to indicate the seat that they occupied on the board), andTerm Expires (indicating when the term on this board ends)
Each board had it's own folder in the public folder area. I need to print all the boards and their memberships, but don't want to do 25 print jobs. So I copied the contacts of all these boards to a new folder to be able to print all contacts in one list with a new page for each board. Now the contacts don't show properly because the for used to create the initial contact belong to another folder not the new folder. I am sure that by using a script of some kind the fields could be correctly mapped but I know nothing about scripting. I would love to hear any ideas that might help me correct this problem without having to re enter all the data using a new form designed for that new folder. Thank You in advance for any and all help
