Moving Lotus notes to another drive.

I have a domino mail server with 2 drives the C drive which is a 4gig is full and i need to move the data base of the lotus in the C drive to the D drive which is a 37gig, everytime it is moved we cannot access the lotus it keeps looking for the path of the C drive. My question is… is there a special way to transfer the data base and/or is there a way to change it instead of looking for the C drive for the data to the d drive?
