Moving over an Outlook Contacts folder

We had a machine die on us, but were able to salvage the Outlook “.WAB” file containing the user’s contacts.

How can we import the old contacts from this file to the user’s new setup? When I try and replace the same file, it does not work!

Weare using Office XP.
