MS Access 97 Form Error?

Aloha from HI,

I am hoping that a generous MS Access Programming guru out there will know how to resolve this Access 97 forms error:

“The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: Ambiguous name detected: Close_This_Form_Click.”

This seemed to happen right after a “buggy” access db file was accessed elsewhere on our intranet. Prior to this action, there were no tech issues or errors with our particular Access form. I hope this is sufficient info, but please let me know if additional clarification is needed. Thanks in advance.
