Question

MS Access Sequetian Number

By billyfocks ·
I have a table with the following fields ID1, RECO, PARC_ID, PARC_TRAB and LOT_GRANDES. Each record has these fields filled PARC_ID, PARC_TRAB, LOT_GRANDES. ID1 is a sequencial number that a software which generates the table have created . PARCELAS_ID is a sequential value assigned depending on the value of the field LOT_GRANDES that each register have. PARC_TRAB is a value that depends on the sequential PARC_ID value that each register have.
For example:
ID1 RECO PARC_ID PARC_TRAB LOT_GRANDES
25 0060 00 001
26 0060 00 001
27 0060 01 001
28 0060 01 001
29 0060 00 002
30 0060 00 002
The minimum and maximum values of each record on field RECO is strictly linked to the fields PARC_ID, PARC_TRAB and LOT_GRANDES that they have.
I want to automatically generate a value for the field RECO where 1 (one) is the minimum and the maximum n +1.
I would appreciate your help.
