MS-Exchange 2003 Forest Prep Error

I have Active Directory running, but I get the following error:

Setup encountered the following errorwhile trying to contact Windows Active Directory:

“Setup must extend the Active Directory schema and/or create Organization objects in the Active Directory.”

Can/will someone direct me on how-2 troubleshoot this issue???

When you are running forest prep, make sure the user you are logged on as is a member of enterprise admins and schema admins. Must be member of both in order to modify schema with exchange attributes.
