If you go to "Help" then "About" then "System Info" in any office application you can bypass a few policies. I currently delete the file msinfo32.exe so users can't access this function, but it comes up with an error stating it couldn't find the file which is ok, but I would just like to remove the whole "System Info" button. Is there a registry hack out there that will do this for me?

I believe that is not in the registry. This is program Code. Maybe th office 2000 Resource Kit can do something for you.

Actually the System Info should be an option that can be removed from the Office install. Run the Office setup and look for the System Info option and remove.

I know this is the case for O2K but don't have the ability to check for sure on older versions right now.
