MS Office 2000 installation issue

When i try to install MS Office 2000 in Win NT 4.0, i am getting a following error :
” An application error has occured and an application error log is being generated.
setup.exe
exception: in page io error (0x0000006), Address: 0x30009130.

After that i am not able to proceed installation further

SP6a is being already installed.

Requesting you to give me a solution at the earliest
