MS Office 2003 – no toolbar

This demand is starting to drive me nutty….where’s my toolbar?!. Good God, learn how to make shortcuts…. Anyway, does anyone know of a script or applet that can create a psuedo-toolbar for Office 2003? I made the lock workstation button out of C++, but that tired my brain out. Thanks all.
