A user running Windows 2000 Professional is getting an error in Microsoft Office 97 when trying to exit the program or “save as” files, then exiting. The error follows:
“Office 97, Cannot save file, insufficient disk space or write protected disk.Contact system administrator.” I “am” the system administrator and am wondering if there is a compatability issue between W2K and Office 97 Suite of products. This is the only W2K system on our site. Our network is NT 4.0 with W/95/98 clients. None of them has any problems with the Office 97 Suite.
Any suggestions?
