MS Office Upgrade

We have upgraded our MS Office from MS Office 2000 Professional to MS Office 2003 Professional. After the upgrade, those Excel Files with Embedded Pictures created in Office Excel 2000 cannot load anymore the Embedded Pictures. Any solutions to this problem?
