MS Outlook 2002

Everytime I log in on my pc and open Outlook 2002 I have to go to the rules wizard and click on all the boxes to run the rules now. They used to run automatically when I opened outlook.
How do I “lock” my outlook rules so they run automatically everytime I run the program?
