I am having an unusual problem. I have a user that says that her Outlook emails often have punctuation changed when she receives replies. For example she will use a dash, and when it comes back, it is substituted by a question mark. This has happened several times. The changes always come back with a question mark instead of the proper charecter. Has anyone ever heard of this occurring? Thanks!
