MS Outlook 2003 Rules

By mbarela ·
I have rules setup in MS Outlook that automatically replies to emails that contain certain words in the subject. Outlook will only reply to an email address once. This is a problem because the same person may need to email me again, but with a different issue.

I want outlook to run this rule every time this person emails me regardless of how many times.

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

To the best of my knowledge, Outlook doesn't keep track of who has had an auto-reply sent to them. Where did you get the notion that it will only reply to an email address once?

Also, if the person is sending a NEW email, not a reply to a previous email, the rule should auto-reply. However, if they're replying to an old email with a NEW issue, the auto-responder won't see it as a new email NEEDING an auto-reply.
