Ms Outlook address sharing

Hot to share contacts (address book) for 2 pc using Ms Outlook 2002 without using Exchange server.???

I mean if 1 of the user add contacts..the other pc will automatically create by itself ( synchronise)??

Or 2 pc using the same address file??

please help
