MS Outlook Express TO: and BCC:

Often I send e-mails to clients and family and friends that I do not want them to see who else got the e-mail. So I use BCC and instead of the TO: Is there a way that the BCC can be set as the default send to so that by clicking the name or group would automatically go to the BCC section.
