Ms Outlook Express

Dear Sir!

Please provide me the solution on the following issues.
After Sending my mail from outlook express the mail is being sucked in the out box.I already have taken the primary solution like(1) Deleting out box. (2) Import Identity and i have no solution plz help me waht to do.
