i have checked on mail view encoding...that mail is in US-ASCII mode...does it make a different from viewing sender's message in mail?

Could be a corrupt formatted message. Select file, Save As and save as a .txt file and read it that way so it will cut out the formatting...

This maybe the problem that pops up from time to time where all your messages have no text body. Even the e-mails you had before that you know had text are also done. First thing to try in XP is type in the Start Run box
regsvr32 inetcomm.dll

- If that doesn't help, see if the fix in this article applies:
OLEXP: Message Appears Blank and Has an ATT000XX.txt or ATT000XX.htm

- If that doesn't help, in Internet Explorer, select 'View|Encoding',
uncheck "Auto-Select" and choose instead "Western European (ISO)". Try
reading messages again.

- If the problem is only with HTML messages, and you have OE6 with SP1, go
to 'Tools|Options|Read' and uncheck "Read All Messages in Plain Text".

Good Luck
