How to configured on Ms Outlook where I can isolate and dedicated a folder to received a particular person email from going to my normal Inbox.

Right-Click on Inbox in the folder list.
Select New folder. Name it. Click OK.

Click on Rules and Alerts in the menu. Select New Rule. Check the box 'People or Dist. List.
Follow the wizard to specify the name or email address of the person you want to isolate. Point the move action to the new folder you created.
