MS Outlook Question

By Tim Heard ·
I have gotten a ton of emails in the past few days from some people who are basically wanting the same thing. I would like to be able to somehow select all of the messages and reply to them at the same time. Is that possible without first adding each one to my contact list? I thought of possibly assigning them all to a category and then emailing the members of the category, but couldn't see any way to send an email message to a category.

Tahnks in advance for any suggestions.

I've Never Tried this but it just might work...

HMMMMM, try creating a new rule that looks for the emails that have the same thing. Obviously you wuill need to find some common point to search on, to:, from:, subject:, whatever:.

Then, make the rule reply with a template email. Finaly, run the rule in your inbox.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the suggestion.

At a minimum that will at least help with some of the incoming responses I'll get in the next few days.
