MS Outlook Reply Signature

Hi There,

When replying to emails in Outlook, about 50% of the time the font changes...I am using a Verdana font in my reply signature works fine half the time but when replying to some email it changes to Times Roman wich is driving my mad :)

Please help..!! cheers.

Just a guess

but it may be the people to whom you're sending. I can't remember if it's got it in Outlook, but Thunderbird has an option when you're setting up a new contact whether or not that person's email can accept HTML formatting. It's a place to start anyway, and something to watch.

You could try tools-options-mailformat then go to stationary and fonts. Select stationary using the stationary picker and then edit the selected stationary. Use this as the default stationary.
