MS Proxy Server error #64

I’am frequently getting an error from Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0 on NT4, that says ” Error 64: The specified network name is no longer available. ”

But the websites are online. I installed all the latest service packs for both NT4 and MS Proxy. Does anyone know how to correct this?
