MS Security Patch MS03-015 problems

I updated my IE as the article indicated it was a critical update and should be installed. BIG MISTAKE. Some important web-based utilities stopped working. Fortunately the update was easy to un-install (it was listed in Add/Remove programs, 813489) but if that ability was not there it would have been an ugly mess. It is difficult to predict the impact some of these patches have on already existing web-based applications.
