MS Word: Ethan Frome as author?

Somewhere I saw a solution to the “Ethan Frome” appearance as the author for Word documents. Does anyone remember the solution?

I’ve looked under Tools – Options – User Information and the information there is correct for me. I seem to remember there being a fix or is this just a glitch?
