MS Word Protected Forms

I have created a protected form and limited the entry fields to a specific number of characters.
Problem:
When people access the form (which is one printed page) if they hit the ENTER key anywhere within the form the size of the form becomes larger than one printed page. How can I prevent them from altering it’s printed size???
